Information you provide

When you use the contact form, request a call or submit an enquiry through Ask Inposit, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, company, phone number, service interest, project description, budget, deadline and preferred call date, time and timezone. Please do not submit passwords or confidential client information.

How we use enquiry information

We use these details to respond, understand your requirements, arrange calls and discuss or deliver requested services. Ask Inposit is a guided enquiry tool. Its questions run in your browser, and the completed enquiry is sent only when you submit it. The tool does not send your conversation to an AI model.

Enquiries are delivered to hello@inposit.com using authenticated SMTP through Spacemail. We do not sell enquiry information or add enquirers to a marketing mailing list automatically.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on the live website to understand which pages people visit and whether enquiry routes are useful. Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser details, approximate location and interactions with the website. It uses cookies and similar technologies.

Our enquiry tracking records which route was used after a successful submission: the contact form, call request or guided assistant. We do not include the visitor’s name, email, phone number, budget or project description in these Analytics events. Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled in our website tag configuration.

Form security and functional cookies

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from automated abuse. When verification loads, Google may process browser, device, network and interaction information and set cookies for risk analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

A functional session cookie records the type and time of a successful contact or call submission so that we can show a confirmation and avoid counting it again on refresh. The receipt contains no enquiry contents and is used once. The website and hosting provider may also process technical logs needed to deliver pages and investigate errors or abuse.

Providers and external websites

Spaceship provides website hosting, Spacemail provides email delivery, and Google provides Analytics, reCAPTCHA and web fonts. These services may process information on systems outside your country. We share information with providers needed to operate the website or deliver a requested service, and when legally required. Links to portfolio websites and social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your requests

We retain enquiry information as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, relevant records or legal obligations. You can ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@inposit.com. We may need to confirm your identity to protect your information.
