Built around your needs

Know where your email protection stands.

A new email platform, suspicious messages or uncertainty about account access are good reasons to review your setup. We assess existing configuration and available features before proposing changes. The work can cover Microsoft 365 or another supported email platform, subject to its capabilities.

Account & access review

Review multi-factor authentication, administrator access and sign-in controls supported by your platform and licensing.

Domain authentication

Review SPF, DKIM and DMARC, identify legitimate sending services and plan changes with monitoring to reduce disruption to business email.

Phishing & mail protection

Review available spam, impersonation and malicious-content protection, and configure agreed policies for your users and mail flow.

Guidance & recovery readiness

Document changes, provide practical guidance on suspicious messages and agree steps for reporting and responding to a suspected account compromise.

Deliverables, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are confirmed in your project proposal.

Before we get started.

Does Microsoft 365 already include security?

Microsoft 365 includes security capabilities, and Microsoft Entra security defaults can provide baseline protection. The controls available and their configuration depend on your licences and environment. A review checks what is enabled and what needs attention.

Will changes affect legitimate email?

Changes to mail filtering or domain authentication can affect delivery if legitimate senders are missed. We identify sending services, plan the rollout and agree testing and monitoring before tightening policies.

Can you guarantee that no phishing message will get through?

No security setup can eliminate every threat. The aim is to reduce exposure through appropriate configuration, monitoring and user awareness, with a clear response process when something suspicious occurs.
